How long does it take to receive my order?

Files are delivered instantly following successful payment. You will immediately be directed to a page to download your files. You will also receive a confirmation email containing all file download links and license.

Is this website safe? Is my payment information protected?

Yes. This site uses a secure SSL connection with 256 bit encryption for your protection while accessing our website and processing payments. We do not share or sell any of your information.

I purchased a license and the download links are password protected. How do I access the files?

Any passwords for download links are located on your payment receipt that you receive by email following purchase.

I purchased a license but have not received the files!

Please check your spam folder before contacting us for assistance. If you have not received your files, contact us and we can resend your download links. You will also have access to all of your purchased files from the My Account page.

How do I remove the vocal tags from instrumentals?

Files are delivered without vocal tags upon purchase.

Can I upgrade my Standard Lease?

Yes. Contact us and include your Purchase ID # (this can be found in My Account). We can provide a discount code to deduct any fees you’ve already paid towards the purchase of the upgraded license.

What’s the difference between a Lease and Exclusive Rights?

A Lease in a non-exclusive license. Leasing Rights continue to be available to other customers until Exclusive Rights are sold. For more information on the different licenses available, see our Licensing Terms.

My download links have expired. How do I access the files?

Download links are valid for a limited time following purchase. There is a maximum number of download attempts, determined by your IP address. Please download the files immediately following purchase and keep a backup copy.

I bought the wrong track!

Due to the nature of our license/file delivery, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I copyright a song written to the track I purchased?

All tracks in our catalog are protected by international copyrights and we retain these copyrights specifically for our musical compositions. You may of course copyright your lyrics / vocal sound recording appropriately.

I purchased a Lease but the track has since been sold Exclusively. What happens to my Lease? Can I contact the buyer to see if they might sell it to me?

Your Leasing Rights are still valid and effective, within the limits described in our licensing terms. Once a track has been sold exclusively, resale is not permitted and there is no further licensing.

Internet Explorer is blocking the download links. How do I access my files?

What happens if I reach the limits of the Lease?

If you would like to continue using your track for commercial purchases, you can purchase another license once you reach the limits of the Lease (see Terms and Conditions).

Do I need to provide credit for the track on my release?

Yes. You must provide credit for the track with any public display.

I am using a mobile browser to download my files and it says the limit has been reached. How do I access the files from my phone?

There is a download limit for your purchased files.

Note: Most mobile browsers will not allow you to download and save files. You will need to save your purchased files to a computer hard drive. We recommend streaming the files on your mobile phone using the Track Player on our website.

Can other customers continue to purchase a track after I lease it?

Yes. A Lease is a non-exclusive license for limited commercial use. We retain all ownership, copyrights and worldwide rights to the track.

One of your tracks is listed on another site but I do not see it here. Is it available?

Unless it’s marked SOLD in our catalog, it’s possible that it’s still available. Contact us for more information.
